Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Content Writer

/

Senior Technical Content Writer

with 3+ years of experience who can go beyond just writing content, someone who can

strategize, plan, and execute a multi-channel content roadmap

. This role involves building authoritative blogs, service pages, and long-form guides, while also creating and optimising content for platforms like

YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit

to boost engagement, drive traffic, and generate leads.
You'll also play a key role in conducting

competitor analysis and SEO strategy development

to ensure our content consistently outranks others and positions us as a thought leader in technology, software, and app development

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

Develop a structured content roadmap for blogs, service pages, landing pages, and social platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit). Identify high-impact keywords, trending topics, and content gaps to capture traffic and improve rankings. Align content with business goals, lead generation funnels, and audience personas.

Content Creation & Optimization

Write, edit, and publish high-quality, original, and engaging technical content (blogs, case studies, guides, service descriptions). Simplify complex IT/software concepts for diverse audiences without losing depth. Optimize content for SEO while maintaining storytelling flow and readability.

Competitor & Market Research

Analyze competitors' content strategies, backlink structures, and keyword targeting. Create counter-strategies to outperform competitors in search rankings and engagement. Suggest innovative strategies to tap the AI and IT market to capture untapped traffic.

Performance & Collaboration

Collaborate with SEO, design, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice. Track and report content performance using analytics tools (GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4). Continuously refine strategies based on ranking shifts, engagement metrics, and algorithm updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4 to 7 years of proven experience in

technical content writing

with a strong portfolio in IT/software domains. Demonstrated expertise in

SEO content strategy

, competitor analysis, and traffic growth. Strong understanding of

IT services, SaaS, app development, and emerging technologies

. Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with the ability to tailor content to different stages of the buyer's journey. Familiarity with

content marketing tools

(SEMrush, Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, Clearscope, GA4, GSC). Experience in developing

content for multiple platforms

(blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit). Ability to lead content initiatives independently and mentor junior writers when required.
