We are seeking an experienced Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in creating high-quality technical content, with a strong understanding of technology trends, software development, and IT services. The role requires excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Content Creation:

Develop, write, and edit technical content, including case studies, blog posts, technical guides, and documentation.

Research:

Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics, and analyse information from multiple sources to generate original and engaging content.

SEO Optimization:

Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is optimised for search engines and aligns with the latest SEO guidelines.

Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, engineers, product managers, and marketing teams to gather information, understand content requirements, and ensure content accuracy.

Content Strategy:

Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that support business goals and objectives.

Editing and Proofreading:

Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and technical accuracy. Ensure all content meets the company's style and quality standards.

Content Management:

Maintain and update existing content to ensure it remains current and relevant. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.

User Manuals and Documentation:

Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and help guides for software products and services.

Training Materials:

Develop training materials and content to support internal and external training initiatives.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure content remains relevant and informative.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in English, technical writing, communications, computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field. Strong understanding of technology, software development, and IT services. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with SEO best practices and experience in implementing SEO strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
