Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Content Writer, you'll play a key role in shaping our content narrative across multiple digital channels. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, and marketers to research, write, and refine high-quality content that's aligned with both our brand voice and business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Research & Insight Gathering

Dive into technical subjects like cloud, databases, servers, and software development to create authoritative and accessible content. Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand product features and translate them into user-friendly materials.
2. Content Creation & Optimization

Write high-impact content including blog posts, product documentation, user guides, white papers, case studies, landing pages, social media posts, and thought leadership articles. Use SEO best practices and keyword research to ensure visibility and searchability. Collaborate with designers to create visually supported content (infographics, slides, visuals).
3. Content Management & Improvement

Maintain and continuously improve existing content to ensure it's up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with user needs. Track content performance, gather user feedback, and make data-driven recommendations. Actively contribute to the editorial calendar and content planning sessions.
4. Innovation & Strategy

Experiment with different content formats, tones, and distribution channels. Help build a scalable and consistent technical content library. Contribute to building a brand voice that reflects our values, expertise, and personality.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1+ years of experience in technical writing, content marketing, or similar roles -- preferably in IT, Salesforce, and software-related industries. Strong understanding of key technical concepts and the ability to explain them to non-technical audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Medium), and content distribution channels (Quora, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Understanding of SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Bonus:

Familiarity with documentation standards (e.g., Markdown, DITA, XML), UX writing, or Agile methodology.
