Proven experience as a

technical writer, content creator,

or similar role in

IT services Industry.

Excellent

written and verbal communication skills

. Write and edit technical documentation, including

user manuals

and

service guides.

Create content for

blogs

,

whitepapers

,

FAQs

, and support articles to explain technical concepts to varied audiences. Familiarity with

content management systems

(CMS). Optimize content for

SEO

without compromising technical accuracy. Proficiency with documentation tools. Collaborate with developers, engineers, and project managers to gather and validate information. Research industry trends and competitor content to stay current and ensure content relevance. Maintain and update documentation based on service updates and customer feedback. Ability to understand complex information and communicate it simply and accurately.

5 Days working and Local candidates are preferable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
