About the Role :-

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Content Writer to create high-quality user manuals, product documentation, and training materials for our ERP-based medical/healthcare software. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical products--preferably in the healthcare or ERP domain.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain user manuals, guides, SOPs, and training documentation for our medical ERP system. Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand content for end users. Collaborate closely with developers, QA teams, product managers, and subject-matter experts to gather accurate product information. Update documentation based on new releases, product enhancements, and feature changes. Ensure all content follows document standards, version control, and quality guidelines. Create workflow diagrams, screenshots, and visual aids to support written content. Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, grammar, consistency, and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, Healthcare, or related fields. 1-4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably for ERP or healthcare software. Strong command of technical writing tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, Markdown, etc.). Ability to understand software modules, workflows, and technical concepts. Excellent written communication, research ability, and attention to detail. Familiarity with SDLC, versioning, and documentation processes is a plus. Knowledge of medical/healthcare terminologies will be an advantage.
