Key Responsibilities
Write and edit technical content such as blogs, articles, product guides, manuals, FAQs, and website content.
Research industry-related topics to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and subject-matter experts to gather information.
Create SEO-optimized content to improve online visibility.
Proofread and ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding.
Update and maintain content based on new product features or changes.
Convert complex technical information into easy-to-understand language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, English, Journalism, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in technical writing or content writing.
Strong understanding of technology, software, and IT concepts.
Excellent command of English grammar and writing skills.
Ability to simplify and explain technical concepts clearly.
Basic knowledge of SEO tools and content-writing best practices.
Familiarity with documentation tools (Google Docs, MS Office, Notion, or similar).
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience with SaaS, IT, software documentation, or APIs.
Knowledge of version control tools like Git.
Basic understanding of UI/UX writing.
Ability to create infographics or visuals (Canva, Figma, etc.).
