Technical Content Writer

who can turn complex SaaS and IT workflows into engaging, high-value content that educates, ranks, and converts.

The Role

We need someone who thrives at the intersection of

technology, SaaS, and storytelling.

You'll write deeply researched content around automation, APIs, integrations, and SaaS growth strategies - helping TexAu become the go-to authority in SaaS automation and AI-driven growth.

Your content will speak to

technical decision-makers, SaaS operators, IT professionals, and growth hackers -

simplifying complex ideas while maintaining authority and precision.

What You'll Do

Content Creation

Write long-form, SEO-driven content (blogs, guides, playbooks, case studies, landing pages) on

SaaS automation, APIs, data workflows, and growth hacking.

Produce

technical tutorials and product-led content

that show customers how to maximize TexAu's platform. Craft whitepapers, comparison guides, and solution briefs targeting SaaS buyers and IT leaders. Repurpose technical content into accessible formats - LinkedIn posts, Quora answers, Medium articles, etc.

Research & Strategy

Stay ahead of

SaaS, automation, and IT industry trends

to identify high-impact content opportunities. Translate complex technical concepts into simple, engaging, and actionable narratives. Collaborate with product, growth, and SEO teams to build content clusters that strengthen topical authority.

Optimization & Performance

Apply

SEO and content structuring best practices

(on-page SEO, schema, internal linking). Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SurferSEO to inform keyword strategy and optimize performance. Measure impact of content on traffic, leads, and organic visibility - continuously iterating for results.
What You Bring

4+ years

of experience in

technical writing, SaaS content marketing, or IT-focused copywriting.

Strong ability to write

deep-dive, technical, and SEO-optimized content

that resonates with SaaS/IT audiences. Proven portfolio of

technical blogs, tutorials, whitepapers, or SaaS product-led content.

Familiarity with SaaS workflows, APIs, automation platforms, and B2B growth tools. Comfort with SEO/content tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Clearscope, Jasper, ChatGPT, etc.). Excellent command of English and ability to adapt tone for both

technical and non-technical readers.

Bonus Points For

Previous experience writing for

SaaS/IT companies

. Ability to work closely with product/engineering teams to create

developer-focused documentation or help guides.

Experience building

thought leadership content

in SaaS or growth/automation domains. Understanding of

distribution strategies

(LinkedIn, Hacker News, Reddit, industry forums).
