Key Responsibilities:

Create

Error and Success Messages

that are user-friendly, concise, and aligned with the platform's tone. Draft

informational tooltips

("i" symbol content) for all features to guide users intuitively. Write

onboarding form content

to ensure smooth user registration and setup. Develop

step-by-step tutorials

for each module of the platform (written & visual). Script and collaborate with the design/video team to produce

tutorial videos

for all modules. Draft and maintain

Terms & Conditions

and

Privacy Policy

in compliance with applicable laws and SaaS industry standards. Prepare content for

customer agreements

and other legal or operational documents related to the platform. Create

technical blogs

and

news articles

related to security, SaaS, and cybersecurity. Draft

technical press releases

highlighting platform updates, product launches, and company milestones. Curate content for

technical presentations

for internal, client, and conference use. Write

email templates and all other communication templates

for user engagement, onboarding, notifications, and marketing. Create and maintain product documentation using platforms like

Mintlify, ReadMe, GitBook

, or similar. Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and usability. Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, is consistent, and enhances the overall user experience.
