Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Technical Content Writer

to create high-quality documentation and content that effectively communicates complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to produce manuals, user guides, technical blogs, and marketing content that supports both technical and non-technical users.

Key Responsibilities:

Write clear, concise, and engaging technical documentation, including user manuals, product specifications, installation guides, FAQs, and whitepaper

Develop SEO-friendly content such as technical blogs, case studies, and knowledge base articles.

Translate complex product features into simple, understandable content for a wide range of audiences.

Collaborate with developers, engineers, QA, and product managers to gather technical information.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all technical and marketing documents.

Update existing content based on product updates, feedback, or enhancements.

Research industry trends and competitors to ensure relevant and updated content delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Technical Writer or similar role in a tech-based company.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to write content for different formats and platforms (PDF, web, help files, etc.).
Strong understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, cloud services, software development life cycle, etc.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Git, Markdown).
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SaaS or IT product-based companies.
Knowledge of programming concepts or prior coding experience (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Exposure to Agile environments and tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
Certification in technical writing or digital marketing is an advantage.
