We are looking for a Technical Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and well-structured content that simplifies complex technical concepts. In this role, you will collaborate with developers, product teams, and subject matter experts to produce documentation, blogs, user guides, and knowledge-based articles that support both internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical information into accessible, user-friendly content.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create clear, accurate, and engaging

technical content, including web pages, product documentation, product descriptions, blogs, and articles.

Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content tailored for different audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports brand messaging, business goals, and product objectives. Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and style across all deliverables while balancing technical precision with readability. Edit, review, and proofread content to meet high-quality standards for clarity, accuracy, SEO optimization, and engagement. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and competitive.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Demonstrated experience in producing technical content such as documentation, web copy, blogs, or product descriptions. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail. Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to integrate them into technical content. Adaptability to write for varied audiences and content types, from technical professionals to general users. Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. A technical
degree or background will be given strong additional consideration
