Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Content Writer who can create clear, simple, and professional content for our software products. The role involves preparing user-friendly knowledgebase articles, tutorial video scripts, marketing content, and posters. The candidate should be able to understand software features and explain them in a way that is easy for users to follow.

. Collaborate with the product and support teams to understand new features. Ensure all content is clear, concise, and user-focused. Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and branding.

Required Skills

Strong English writing skills. Ability to understand and simplify software workflows. Experience in writing for SaaS, mobile apps, or tech products (preferred). Ability to prepare video scripts and structured documentation. Basic understanding of design for posters/social media (Canva or similar). Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not required). 1-3 years of content writing experience (Freshers with good skills can also apply).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Ramanattukara, Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
