:

As a Content Writer at Instance IT Solutions, you will be responsible for producing high-quality written content across various digital platforms to attract and retain the target audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand voice and marketing objectives. Prepare brand voice and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Research industry-related topics and trends to generate ideas for engaging and informative content. Write clear, concise, and compelling copy for website pages, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials. Also able to write long form and short form technical and non-technical content to support the work requirements. Conduct basic keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content creation to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in style and tone. Optimize content for readability and user experience, keeping target audience demographics and preferences in mind. Stay updated on industry trends, news, and best practices to produce relevant and timely content. Adapt content to different formats and channels, including video scripts, infographics, and podcasts, as needed. Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content that enhances the overall storytelling experience. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and metrics to measure engagement, traffic, and conversion rates. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and authenticity in content creation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role, with a portfolio of published writing samples. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research tools. Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique ideas for content creation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Passion for storytelling.
