Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer who will be responsible for crafting engaging and informative content across multiple platforms. This role requires someone who can simplify complex technical concepts into clear, impactful writing while managing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality content for blogs, articles, case studies, and whitepapers on software testing and technology topics. Manage, update, and optimize website content to ensure consistency and SEO best practices. Create engaging posts and campaigns for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align content with company goals and target audience. Research industry trends and competitor activities to generate relevant content ideas. Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency. Track content performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience (0-1 years) as a Technical Writer or Content Writer in the IT/Software industry. Strong knowledge of content writing for social media, blogs, and websites. Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content on technical subjects. Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and content optimization. Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills. Basic understanding of CMS (e.g., WordPress) and content scheduling tools.
