Create high-quality content for blogs, website pages, whitepapers, email campaigns, product descriptions, case studies, and social media. Develop content strategies aligned with both short-term and long-term marketing goals. Collaborate with SEO, design, and product teams to ensure content is optimized for users and search engines. Edit and proofread content for grammatical accuracy, tone consistency, and brand voice alignment. Stay updated with the latest trends in SaaS, technology, and digital marketing. Research competitor content and identify content gaps or new opportunities. Demonstrate understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization best practices. Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, HubSpot) and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics) is a plus. Strong research skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into reader-friendly content. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.

Must Have Skills

3-5 years of proven experience in content writing, preferably in a SaaS or IT services company. Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging technical and marketing content. Ensure plagiarism-free content using reliable tools and maintain originality in all writing assignments.

Primary Skills
