About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team and support documentation and content creation efforts for our Networking Product line. The ideal candidate is someone who can simplify complex networking concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to a range of audiences.

This role will require close collaboration with technical teams, developers, and customer stakeholders to produce high-quality documentation and marketing content that reflects our brand and product capabilities.

Work Location:

Onsite (No Remote/Hybrid Option)
Please note: This role is strictly onsite. Candidates applying must be willing to work from the office location.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain user-centric technical documentation such as manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes

2. Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content for both technical and non-technical audiences

3. Collaborate with customer representatives and internal teams to gather and understand content requirements

4. Create additional content such as blog posts, knowledge base articles, and product descriptions

5. Assist in developing SEO-optimized content for digital platforms and website

6. Contribute to social media content, case studies, and thought-leadership materials

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in content writing -- with exposure to technical documentation, SEO, blogging, or social media content

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

4. Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms

5. Experience in writing for technology or networking-based products is a strong plus
