Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management
Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation, including:
Product documentation and user guides
API documentation and developer guides
Knowledge base and help center articles
Technical blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user?friendly content for both technical and non?technical audiences
Ensure content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with product updates and releases
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with engineering, product, QA, and support teams to gather technical requirements and insights
Interview subject matter experts to extract and validate technical details
Participate in product reviews, sprint planning, and release cycles as needed
Content Standards & Quality
Establish and maintain documentation standards, templates, and style guides
Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, tone, and technical accuracy
Ensure documentation follows accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices
Tools & Process Improvement
Manage documentation using content management systems (CMS), documentation platforms, or version control tools
Track content updates, feedback, and performance metrics
Continuously improve documentation workflows and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2-5+ years of experience in technical writing or technical content creation
Strong ability to understand and explain technical concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience collaborating with cross?functional technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
Experience writing API and developer documentation
Familiarity with software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum)
Working knowledge of Markdown, HTML, or documentation?as?code tools
Experience with tools such as Confluence, Git, ReadMe, Swagger, or similar platforms
Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., REST APIs, JSON, SQL, or scripting languages)
