Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with 3+ years of experience in writing compelling, accurate, and engaging content for a technical audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of complex technologies, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear and user-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write, and edit high-quality technical content including:
?- Product documentation
?- User guides and manuals
?- Knowledge base articles
?- Whitepapers, case studies, and blog posts
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and SMEs to gather information
- Create SEO-optimized content for web, blogs, and help centers
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and style across all content
- Review and update existing content for accuracy and relevance
- Follow best practices for content creation and documentation standards
- Translate technical jargon into readable, engaging content for various audiences
- Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches and campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience in technical writing or content writing in a tech-focused environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of technology, software development, or SaaS products
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with development or product teams in Agile environments
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, DevOps, or cybersecurity
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
