Key Responsibilities
Understand product architecture, features, and workflows
Convert technical concepts into clear content for developers and business users
Own the content calendar for product, documentation, and marketing content
Write and review technical blogs, product explainers, feature notes, and scripts
Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams
Ensure accuracy and consistency across all content Requirements
2 to 4 years of experience in technical content or product-focused content
Strong understanding of software products, APIs, or technical systems
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and specs
Clear, structured writing skills
Experience working with engineering and product teams
