You will:

Help define and evangelize Dell's global content vision and future roadmap Champion advanced practices in API-first documentation, UX writing, and/or AI-driven knowledge delivery Build and nurture a culture of innovation and excellence Influence executive stakeholders with data-driven content insights.

Essential Requirements

12+ years in technical content authoring (DITA, XML), with proven leadership at scale Recognized expertise in API/UX content, AI-assisted knowledge systems, and/or content transformation Strong executive presence and ability to influence at C-level Visionary mindset with ability to link content strategy to business outcomes

Desirable Requirements

Deep expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and knowledge graphs, with a proven ability to design predictive, personalized, and AI-optimized content ecosystems at enterprise scale.
