Associate Technical Content Developer

on our

Content Engineering & Translation team.

You will:

Join product teams to develop clear, concise content (installation guides, user manuals, media experiences, API references). Apply structured authoring standards (DITA, XML, Markdown, HTML). Learn and adopt Dell's content workflows, tools, and processes. Work with prompt tools and AI-assisted authoring.

Essential Requirements

0-2 years in technical structured authoring (DITA, XML, Markdown), UX/content design, or equivalent. Basic knowledge of content tools, markup languages, and graphics. Strong communication skills and curiosity to learn emerging skills in modern information areas such as media, technical content, APIs, and UX practices. Solution-oriented approach for creating great technology information-driven experiences

Desirable Requirements

Experience in conversational AI, interactive tutorials, and AI-powered content workflows.
