Technical Content Engineer

What you'll achieve
In your role as a Technical Content Engineer your main responsibility is to collaborate with technical content illustrators, subject matter experts and stakeholders to create technical information for Dell Technologies product lines.
You will:
Work independently to develop accurate, concise, high-quality content that enhances Dell products.
Participate in the development lifecycle processes to identify content requirements, formulate milestones, develop content, validate quality, and release deliverables according to the program objectives.
Create, approve, and maintain project schedules based on product features, requirements, and timelines.
Represent the Content Engineering and Translation (CE&T) team in cross-functional meetings, product requirement deliberations, content strategy discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in initiatives to leverage new technologies and processes to improve content development and the customer experience.

Essential Requirements
1 to 3 years of experience with Content Development during an internship, student job or first job assignment
Affinity with IT and technology trends
Knowledge of standard formats such as DITA, XML, HTML; experience with content authoring, publishing, graphic design tools
Ability to review information and draw accurate conclusions, refined writing skills
Self-motivated, organized, driven, curious
