About the Position:

The Person will be working in the Intelligent Automation domain in a Solution Architect role and develop proprietary RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and AI tools. This Position will be required to work extensively with all Division's stake holders for developing automation using RPA platform in line with standard RPA principles.

Scope of the role:

Responsible for RPA Projects - Functional & Technical Solution Design, Testing, Deployment & Project Documentation. Collaborate with other developers and business managers to design and implement PoCs using OpenAI SDKs. Spearheading New Initiatives like Robotic Process Automation (RPA), DevOps, Test Automation and Robotic Test Automation, API testing, OCR. Establish standard design principles and architecture patterns and ensure the solutions are built in accordance with standards. Proven technical experience in RPA development technical architecture, solution design and Implementation using RPA tools. Responsible for ensuring proper delivery of Projects - Life cycle, planning, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Hypercare etc. Demonstrated technical proficiency with good Problem Solving, ability to work effectively with all the stake holders. Responsible in PDD, TDD & SDD creations and getting the proper signoffs from clients. Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach. Configure automation processes as per the TDD Produces reliable and stable automation solutions. Perform project feasibility study and decide what should be automated/scope of automation. Responsible in conducting & implementing RPA trainings to interns and laterals joining the team. Testing in all the phases like Sanity, SIT, UAT & Regression

Job Profile:

Conduct High Level RPA Assessments and develop project plans for implementation projects. Provide continuous updates to RPA partners during project delivery. Expertise in the AI/ML technology Understands end to end Business Process from spanning various functional domains, then Design and build Intelligent Automation solutions using RPA platform. Owns the selection of Business Processes for RPA based on RPA guidelines. Facilitate High level and detailed walkthrough of the Process by the Process Owners to the project team. Strong towards design principles and modular programming techniques. Responsible in providing support expertise. Document the assumptions and approach and review with Project manager. Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand and respond to their needs in rapidly changing business environments and open to a variety of tech stacks. Facilitate process re-engineering and standardization before automation. Create the process flow diagram and detailed AS IS Process. Facilitate Deployment Signoff. Review Test cases created by the developer point view / QA and ensure they are in line with the TDD & PDD. Execute test cases and document defects and observations. Develop the BOT if needed. Review UAT test cases and add potential cases also Support the UAT. Review UAT test cases created by Process owners and ensure they are in line with the TDD & PDD. Develop applications that leverage large language models (LLMs) to solve practical problems in marketing, finance, and retail Decide on scalability - the number of robots as per the business needs. Set up a change management system. Monitor kept track of changes that occurs and imitate change management process by evaluating the impact of changes. To work on Agile & Waterfall methodologies. Maintaining plan Vs actual efforts of a program. Managing activities of the team, allocating assignments, and scheduling timelines of all the activities.

Key Deliverables:

Enhance the Business value through process automation using RPA Technology. Creating & maintaining Project Plan, Project Charter, Risk Register, Change Request Register, Invoice Projections for a project Perform project feasibility study and decide what should be automated/scope of automation. Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization Preparation of Effort Estimations, Development plans and Proposal for the new projects, heading defect triage calls The ability to engage with clients and demo the capabilities of the solution. Estimate the development time. Ensure the work is performed with high quality and completed within agreed turnaround time. Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations. Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing. Employ data analysis skills using Python, particularly with libraries like Pandas, to derive insights and inform solution development. Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and existing systems to enhance business functionality. Create a risk analysis matrix. Deployment pipeline orchestration. Maintain the RPA deployment environments. Project Documentation - SOP (ASIS, TOBE), TDD, Test Cases, User Manual RDLC Compliance. Expertise in creating Proof of Concepts (POC) for new projects. Key champion in converting POC's successfully into projects. Create the training repositories. Create & Maintain KPI (Key performance indicator) dashboards for Developers & Support team to get clear picture of productivity, utilization & cost benefits.

Work Experience

BE / B Tech with IT/Computer Science as specialization Minimum 5 years working experience in implementing Digital projects Min 3 years of Working experience in RPA technology is mandatory Minimum 5 projects delivered using any of the AI technology. Good knowledge of Microsoft Technology (VB, .NET, Windows, IE, SQL Server and Web services). Can easily adopt changes in profiles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, depends on company needs. Process reengineering skills. Sound knowledge of methodologies such as SDLC & STLC. Expertise on the PDD & TDD creation in Automation Space. Domain knowledge in SCM, Merchandising, Finance, Retail, Service etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills Someone who takes accountability and is self-driven. * Strong operation and process orientation and independent thinking capability.
