Job Description

Job Requirements

Develop, test, and maintain backend services using Node.js with JavaScript/TypeScript.


Design and implement RESTful api for seamless integration with frontend and third-party services.


Architect and develop scalable microservices using frameworks like Express.js.


Optimize application performance, ensuring low-latency, high-availability, and scalability.


Implement authentication and authorization using OAuth, JWT, and other security best practices.


Work with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (firestore) databases, including query optimization and schema design.


Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver robust features.


Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (GCP).


Monitor and debug production issues, implementing logging, monitoring, and telemetry tools (Winston).

Work Experience

Strong proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.


Experience with backend frameworks like Express.js.


Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and serverless functions.


Proficiency in database design and management using PostgreSQL.


Expertise in API development, versioning, and documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.


Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, and automated deployments.


Experience with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Functions.
