We are looking for a knowledgeable

Technical Consultant

with strong expertise in

StreamServe

(now part of OpenText Exstream) and

IDM (Infor Document Management)

to support and optimize document output management and enterprise content management processes. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining document templates, workflows, and integrations that streamline business communication and document management within Infor ERP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy document templates and workflows using

StreamServe/OpenText Exstream

. Manage and administer

Infor Document Management (IDM)

solutions for document storage, retrieval, and lifecycle management. Collaborate with functional teams to understand document requirements (invoices, purchase orders, reports, etc.) and translate them into technical specifications. Integrate StreamServe/IDM solutions with

Infor ERP systems

(e.g., M3, LN, CloudSuite) and other third-party applications. Customize and optimize document generation processes for high volume and complex business scenarios. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to document processing, template design, and IDM workflows. Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and technical specifications. Work with business users to ensure compliance with document management policies and regulatory requirements. Support upgrades, patches, and system enhancements related to StreamServe and IDM. Provide technical training and support to end-users and junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

5+ years

experience working with

StreamServe (OpenText Exstream)

and

Infor Document Management (IDM)

. Strong expertise in designing and developing

document templates

, including variable data handling and conditional logic. Experience integrating document management solutions with

Infor ERP systems

(preferably M3 or LN). Knowledge of

XML, XSLT, scripting languages

, and

data mapping

. Familiarity with document lifecycle management, version control, and security. Good understanding of print and electronic document delivery channels (email, PDF, EDI). Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.

Pay: From ?1,500,000.00 per year
