Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Windows and Active Directory (AD) expert to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing enterprise-scale Windows Server environments and Active Directory services, along with hands-on experience in Windows OS patching, upgrades, and security hardening. This role requires ensuring stability, security, and performance of the Windows/AD ecosystem while supporting business operations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
l Manage and administer

Windows Server environments

(2016/2019/2022).
l Design, configure, and maintain

Active Directory domains, trusts, and group policies (GPOs)

.
l Perform

Windows OS patching, upgrades, and system hardening

to maintain compliance and security posture.
l Execute

Windows Server lifecycle management

including version upgrades and migrations.
l Handle

AD object management

(users, groups, computers, OUs, service accounts).
l Configure and manage

DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services (PKI), and DFS

.
l Troubleshoot and resolve

AD replication, and domain controller issues

.
l Implement and manage

authentication and access control policies

(Kerberos, NTLM, delegation, least privilege).
l Develop and use

PowerShell scripts

for automation and bulk administration tasks.
l Support

hybrid identity setups

(Azure AD Connect, SSO, MFA, Office 365 integration).
l Perform

backup, restore, and disaster recovery

for Windows/AD infrastructure.
l Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and resolve incidents.
l Work with cross-functional teams to support projects, migrations, and BAU operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
l 3-6 years of hands-on experience in

Windows Server Administration and Active Directory

.
l Strong knowledge of

AD DS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, ADFS, PKI, and LDAP

.
l Proven experience in

Windows patch management and server upgrades

.
l Expertise in

troubleshooting replication issues, FSMO role management, and AD health checks

.
l Experience with

automation using PowerShell scripting

.
l Good understanding of

Windows security concepts

(privileged access, delegation, authentication).
l Knowledge of

AD migrations, upgrades, and hybrid integrations with Azure AD

.
l Familiarity with

backup and recovery solutions for AD and Windows

.
l Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

l Experience with

Windows

Azure AD, Microsoft 365 identity management, and hybrid cloud setups

VMware/Hyper-V virtualization
