CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Consultant - Identity & Access Management position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Provide subject matter expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, product suites, and downstream applications.
Advise clients on selection, implementation, customization, configuration, and production support of IAM security tools and solutions.
Leverage in-depth product knowledge and client business understanding to deliver end-to-end IAM solutions.
Implement user lifecycle provisioning with a focus on the least privilege model and single sign-on (SSO) solutions.
Analyze and resolve IAM issues, integrating IAM application services with broader application portfolios to enhance overall security posture.
Deliver high-quality IAM solutions tailored to clients' diverse business needs.
Skills:
Extensive expertise in IAM solutions and security tools.
Strong understanding of client business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with user lifecycle management, provisioning, and SSO implementations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and consulting skills.
Ability to provide guidance on IAM integrations and overall security improvements.
Experience:
Proven track record as an IAM Technical Consultant or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with IAM implementations, configuration, and support.
Experience integrating IAM solutions with multiple applications and systems.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
