Experience- 3 to 5 years
Qualification- B.Tech/M.Tech ( Mechanical Eng)

• Implement and configure ENOVIA PLM modules (Engineering Central, Program Central, etc.).
• Customize ENOVIA applications using MQL, TCL, and Java/JPOs.
• Integrate ENOVIA with CAD tools and other enterprise systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot ENOVIA-related issues.
• Prepare documentation for configurations, customizations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deployment and upgrades.
• Stay up to date with new ENOVIA PLM releases, features, and best practices
• Coaching and Mentoring team on CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE Solutions.
• Deliver solution presentations to prospects, at both the end user and senior management level.
• Present 3DEXPERIENCE solutions in live-demos during tradeshows and seminars.
• Provide comprehensive technical pre-sales and post-sales support on ENOVIA, CATIA V5/3DExperiencesolutions.
• Manage and review all technical activities of strategic accounts.
• Execute Tech support responsibilities: End-to-End ownership of tech support request from opening until closure ensuring customer satisfaction via Visit, Phone and E-mail.

Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ENOVIA PLM implementation and customization.
• Strong knowledge of ENOVIA V6 or 3DEXPERIENCE platform architecture.
• Proficiency in MQL, TCL, Java/JPO development.
• Understanding of PLM concepts: BOM management, change management, workflows.
• Experience with CAD integrations (CATIA, SolidWorks) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL and application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good at issue tracking and follow up for closure
