A Day in the Life
This is an interesting role involving both hands-on-nitty-gritty Dynamics 365 CRM focused finesse. We are seeking a true Technical Consultant level resource who has a strong background in systems engineering and an inherent ability to communicate and develop lasting relationships with clients
Qualifications
The Basics
- Total Years of Technical Experience: 3-4
- Position Specific Experience: 3-4
- Project/ Client Engagement/ Customer Facing Experience: 1-3
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration and customization, business process flows, plug-in development, custom workflows
- Should have done data migration using Dynamics CRM tools
- Experience in generating reports using SSRS
- Experience in embedding custom ASP.NET pages through web resources into CRM, using JavaScript, C# to integrate with CRM forms
- Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
- Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL
- Estimating the completion of tasks and managing resource time
- Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
- Support of the application including fixing application issues
