Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive positioning
Create compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop growth strategies
Track and report on business development metrics and pipeline progress
Digital Marketing
Design and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email)
Manage and optimize company website and digital presence
Analyze marketing metrics and ROI to refine strategies
Create and manage content calendars for social media and marketing initiatives
Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices
Technical Content Creation
Write high-quality technical blogs, whitepapers, and case studies
Translate complex technical concepts into accessible content for various audiences
Create thought leadership content that establishes company expertise
Develop technical documentation, guides, and tutorials
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure content accuracy
Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement
Process Framework Development
Design and document operational processes and workflows
Create standardized frameworks for recurring business activities
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions
Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and best practice guidelines
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline operations
Establish metrics and KPIs to measure process effectiveness
Required QualificationsTechnical Background
3-5 years of professional experience with demonstrated technical expertise
Understanding of software development, technical architecture, or related domains
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
Core Competencies
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in tech Services environment
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, social media management tools, etc.)
Portfolio of published technical content (blogs, articles, documentation)
Experience creating process documentation or operational frameworks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
