Core Responsibilities



Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders with complete clarity. Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories for analytics and reporting solutions. Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL and Advanced Excel to generate actionable business insights. Design, validate, and support dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Looker. Act as a single point of coordination between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery. Participate actively in UAT, validation, and defect resolution to ensure business acceptance. Support analytics on cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Prepare executive MIS reports and presentations using PowerPoint with clear data storytelling. Ensure proper SDLC documentation, traceability, and change management using Jira / Confluence.
