Job Description

Requirements Gathering:

Elicit and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications and user stories.

System Analysis:

Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Technical Documentation:

Create and maintain documentation such as data flow diagrams, system design specs, and test plans.

Collaboration:

Work closely with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure alignment between technical deliverables and business objectives.

Testing & Validation:

Develop and execute test cases to validate solutions against requirements.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.

Stakeholder Communication:

Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Training & Support:

Assist in user adoption by creating training materials and supporting end-users.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role. Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML). Proficiency in SDLC and Agile frameworks. Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and system integrations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, or Power BI. Exposure to software development processes and technical documentation. Understanding of data visualization and reporting techniques.
