Job Description

:

• Collaborate with business, development, and engineering teams to gather, clarify, and analyze business requirements
• Define itineraries for various scenarios
• Define process diagrams for connecting different systems
• Create, own, and Maintain feature lists, milestones, and dependencies for key project plans
• Clearly communicate plans, data, and results collected for key project plans with product and leadership teams
• Work with development & production team and designer to drive product development and ensure timely resolution to production issues
• Perform status reporting of initiatives and releases
• Participate in review of system design

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant studies
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in IT Technical background
• Demonstrated examples of large-scale transportation software
• Ability to effectively and accurately solve problems even when requirements are unclear
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to take on multiple roles (business, technical, design) and communicate and manage stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to achieve expansion goals in innovative and fast-paced environments
• Fluent in spoken English with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Ability to draw logical flowcharts and understand data flow (flowcharts can help business and development colleagues better understand the project)
• Have IT experience to understand front-end and back-end development, and ability to analyze requirements and implement them
• Familiarity with various IT and business technology vocabulary related to insurance projects and ability to communicate with various stakeholders
• Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, Consumer Tech, multi-sided platforms, payments/e-wallets, SDK/API architecture is a plus
