Responsibilities of / Expectations from the role: Run workshops with business, operations & technology teams to capture & refine business requirements Work with solution architects & apply product SME knowledge to define technical stories Work with quality assurance teams in defining test scripts and acceptance criteria Work with development teams in defining low level design Support product development using PDLC, SDLC & Agile frameworks
