Job Description



Key responsibilities

  • Analyse and map current and future state data requirements across environments
  • Translate and simplify requirements
  • Lead collaboration between the stakeholders and subject matter experts to facilitate and deliver agreements on requirements
  • Build user scenarios with clear emphasis on the impact on the business operations, data, systems, and technologies, including articulating support for the digital adoption journey
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to function as central liaison between end-users, technical analysts, consultants, and client organisations, including to analyse and resolve business problems and provide recommendations
  • Ad-hoc requests for information and analysis
  • Responsibility for deploying functional solutions, including creating test plans, test cases & compiling results

Impact
This role is for the Data Enablement and Technology
covering governance and operational resilience program.
Time bound delivery required for this to get over the line.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Data Governance, Record management, Data Lineage experience - experience working on a Data tool is highly desirable
  • At least 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working as a Technical Business Data Analyst
  • Strong experience (3 years +) working in complex customer service delivery organisations with digital delivery context, knowledge management, data governance and record management, data quality experience highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated high level experience in delivering Business requirement Specification, Workflow Diagrams, Business Processes Business Case, and ROI Analysis documents, BPMN knowledge
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge and application of analysis techniques including process engineering, user journey mapping, gap analysis, business scenarios, data analysis and impact assessments.
  • Demonstrated experience at managing and delivering projects according to project management methodology.

Desired Experience
  • Previous experience of Data programs, Finance Sector, Banking would be nice
  • Relevant professional qualification or graduate calibre, BPMN experience, Data Analysis, Good Excel skills.
  • Expert level knowledge of industry best practice

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical partners and to listen to identified concerns and adapt accordingly
  • Ability to influence across multiple functions (technical and non-technical
  • Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • To quickly build up a working knowledge of applications by working with others and reading up on new applications
  • A continuous desire and willingness to learn and develop your current knowledge and skillset. Projects will involve applications unfamiliar to the role holder.
  • Flexible in approach, adapting plans and strategies to help manage risks around ambiguity
  • Analytical person with a strong intuition for business and well-versed in current technological trends and business concepts
