CORE RESPONSIBILITIES : Analyse and document workflows and business rules in Axiom controller view using standard analysis methodologies and tools Understand and translate stakeholder requirements into business and technology solutions on Axiom Controller View (CV) 10 Understand changes initiated by regulatory bodies or Adenza (vendor), in order to manage Axiom releases for both domestic and international portfolios. Analyse problems arising from regulatory report submissions, and provide tactical solution to business stakeholders. Work closely with developers, architects/solution designers to document and provide recommendations on permanent fixes to the leadership team. Plan for continuous monitoring and improvements in performance and process around Axiom CV workflows. Identify project delivery issues and risks, assist with mitigation strategies, and escalate where necessary. Work closely with Service Management team and Axiom production ops team to identify impacts to business processes due to system or application changes. Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager/scrum master that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Group policies and external regulatory requirements. Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people. 3+ years of experience with Axiom controller view regulatory reporting tool - version 9x/10x. Experience with regulatory reporting solutions for taxonomy based and freeform templates. Gathering requirements and acceptance criteria and document them in JIRA. Experience with Agile methodology Experience in business process modelling, data analysis, requirements analysis, solution assessment & validation Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Strong stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently.
