Understanding Network Management, Security Management, Fault Management, Performance Management, Backup Management on NMS/OSS Understanding and hands on Linux RHEL/CentOS, Windows Enterprise Server Understanding and hands on SQL Query, Having DBMS experience (Sybase IQ, Vertica, PostgreSQL) Hands on experience Unix/Shell/Python scripting HP Rack Mounted Server/ Blade Servers/ Enclosure Hardware knowledge Hands-on experience with VM-based cloud operations and maintenance using OpenStack (certification is an added advantage). Solid knowledge of networking technologies such as switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls. Basic troubleshooting and hands on storage (EMC, Dell Unity, HP MSA) Container, Kubernetes knowledge is a plus Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Computer Science, Telecommunication, or equivalent engineering discipline. Good understanding of telecom network technologies including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, and Core networks. Strong problem-solving skills, customer-first mindset, and ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment.
