Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related engineering field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in RF optimization or performance engineering of LTE/NR networks. Familiarity with VoLTE/VoNR call flows, interference management, and spectrum planning. Knowledge of 3GPP standards and parameter-level understanding of mobility and RACH procedures.
