About the Role Collect product information and develop clear-written materials to support product development activities such as operations, maintenance or repair manuals, tutorials, specifications and help systems Responsibilities .Analyzing, defining, desigining and documenting requirements and business processes to create functional user documentation in a variety of formats .Identifying gaps in documentation to recommend solutions to address gaps .Anticipating customer issues to help create content that addresses their needs. .Assisting in revising, proofreading, and maintaining content on the knowledgebase. .Managing localisation of content into multiple languages. Manage the Documentation for Change Control Process. .Working with multiple stakeholders across several time-zones to curate content. .Driving innovation of the team\'s processes and be passionate about adding value for our customers. .Collaborating with Product and Tech teams to extract the latest information about the Product release(Techno-Functional) . To maintain the Document Versions accordingly Requirements .Be conceptual and practical expertise in own area Business .Be able to think critically and creatively to resolve problems using existing solutions .Be a Gradute with technical skills .Be able to communicate clearly in virtual and in-person settings and possess exceptional written communication skills .Be able to scope and build best-practices around the usage of product development frameworks Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
