About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong

Technical Associate (R&D)

to join our Research & Development team. The ideal candidate should have a solid academic foundation in pharmaceutics or related fields, with interest and passion towards cosmetic formulations, nutraceuticals, and laboratory research.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the

formulation and development of cosmetic products

, including creams, gels, serums, and related dosage forms. Conduct

research on nutraceuticals

, their active components, applications, and potential health benefits. Collaborate with senior scientists to

prepare technical documents

, research summaries, and reports based on experimental findings. Manage

day-to-day laboratory operations

, including maintaining lab equipment, preparing reagents, and ensuring smooth execution of R&D activities. Ensure strict compliance with

safety guidelines, SOPs, GMP practices, and quality standards

. Participate in

stability studies, trials, and evaluation

of prototypes as part of product development. Support cross-functional teams by providing

technical inputs

when required.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of

cosmetic formulation techniques

, emulsions, surfactants, and basic product development principles. Familiarity with

nutraceutical ingredients

, their functional benefits, and regulatory considerations. Good understanding of

pharmaceutics, dosage forms, and analytical approaches

Proficiency in scientific writing

, documentation, report preparation, and literature search. Ability to work

independently as well as collaboratively

in a research-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail with

excellent analytical, observational, and problem-solving skills

Eligibility Criteria

M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics)

with 0-1 years of experience. Strong academic background with sound knowledge of pharmaceutics, formulation science, and research methodologies.
