Site Name: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower Posted Date: Feb 4 2023 Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities: . Assist GPOs/SPLs to provide support for Pharmacovigilance (PV) processes. . Provide operational, technical and maintenance support of appropriate PV excellence (PVE) Workstreams. . Undertake Template Manager Role to support PV documentation in VeeVa Vault (Regulatory and Clinical). . Provide support for metric collection, compilation and reporting. . Provide support for Management Monitoring. . Review content on PVE owned webpages and ensure materials are up to date and fully operational. . Provide technical support for department processes and maintain documentation/repositories as needed. Pharmaceutical industry experience (e.g. drug safety (desired), regulatory, clinical development, medical affairs). . Working knowledge of key pharmacovigilance regulations and methodologies. . Familiarity with medical/scientific terminology desirable . Good English language skills - written and verbal particularly in scientific/medical terminology. . Ability to evaluate data and draw conclusions with appropriate guidance from senior team members or manager. . Good attention to detail. . Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. . Service-oriented attitude and ability to be a team player and interact effectively with all levels of personnel in an interdisciplinary and matrix environment. . Computer proficiency, IT skills, the expertise and ability to work with web-based applications. . Familiarity with MS Office tools, website maintenance, social media, document management systems . Good level of flexibility and ability to prioritize work Education: Minimum level of education: Bachelor\'s Degree - Life sciences (Biology, chemistry, pharmacy, medicine or other relevant scientific discipline) Preferred level of education: Pharmacy, Medical or pharmacology degrees.
