Develop and monitor

Lead coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and clients.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and ensure engineering deliverables meet project standards.
Oversee vendor selection, procurement planning, material tracking, and expediting.
Manage site activities, contractor performance, work progress, and safety compliance.
Conduct risk assessments, mitigate delays, and maintain project controls.
Chair internal and external progress meetings, client reviews, and coordination sessions.
Ensure compliance with
contractual obligations, codes, and standards
(e.g., ASME, IS, ISO).
Prepare and submit project reports, documentation, and close-out packages.
