Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical systems and equipment.
Provide support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and reports.
Collaborate with technical teams to perform testing, research, and analysis.
Support users with IT and technical queries, ensuring prompt resolution.
Conduct data entry, manage databases, and generate reports as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and technical standards.
Perform inventory checks for technical tools, equipment, and software licenses.
Assist in training staff on technical processes and system usage.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
