Position Overview
We are seeking Assistant Managers - Technical to lead and manage installation, service, and maintenance operations for Nibav home lifts and Elite Elevators across key metro and regional locations. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, people management capability, and a strong focus on project execution and customer satisfaction.
This is a frontline leadership role responsible for managing multiple projects, large technical teams (25-50 members), and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in every installation and service activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage field operations for lift installation, commissioning, service, and maintenance.* Handle a team of 25-50 technicians and engineers across multiple active projects.* Ensure projects are executed as per timelines, safety protocols, and technical standards.* Monitor team productivity and ensure installation/service targets are achieved.* Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.* Coordinate with internal teams such as Project Management, R&D, and Supply Chain for smooth execution.* Review site readiness, allocate manpower, and track project progress through regular reporting.* Optimize resource utilization and control costs without compromising quality.* Conduct on-site inspections, safety checks, and performance evaluations.* Act as the technical escalation point for site issues and customer concerns.*
Candidate Profile:
Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.* 5-7 years of hands-on experience in installation and maintenance of lifts, elevators, or cranes.* Proven ability to manage field teams and multiple project sites simultaneously.* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and safety systems related to lifts/elevators.* Excellent team leadership, customer handling, and project management skills.* Proactive, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.* Willingness to travel as per project requirements.*

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
