The Technical Assistant will support the Director in day-to-day management, coordination across departments, exploring new markets, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth execution of tasks. This role requires strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
Key Responsibilities
1. Director Support & Coordination
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
2. Technical & Operational Support
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports.
Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, accounts, and site teams for updates.
Track project progress, documentation, BOQ follow-ups, and MIS reports.
Support in drafting emails, MOMs, and reviewing documents for accuracy.
3. Business Development & Market Research
Explore new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities as directed.
Conduct basic research on competitors, pricing, and industry trends.
Follow up with leads, clients, and internal teams for updates.
4. Administration & Documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for project documents.
Update trackers for schedules, tasks, payments, and ongoing activities.
Assist in preparing reports for management review.
5. Communication & Follow-up
Serve as the single point of contact between departments when required.
Ensure all departments update status and follow defined processes.
Professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Accompany the Director for client meetings, site visits, vendor discussions, and internal reviews.
Prepare meeting notes, follow-up lists, and ensure timely closure of action items.
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information.
Preferred Educational Qualification:
BBA / BBM / B.Com
BE / B.Tech (Civil / Mechanical)
Diploma in Civil / Architecture
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
