Technical Assistant

The Technical Assistant (TA) must be well-versed in the knowledge and application of IoT and its various components, like sensors, actuators, connecting and programming Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc., for any desired output. Exposure to Android-based app development and any new technology (like Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality, software- Excel, Adobe Package, CATIA, Blender, etc.) is desirable.
The Technical Assistant must help faculty and students on projects on IoT-related tasks, as well as other academic assistance work as requested by the instructors, like lab sessions of the courses in Design. The TA needs to maintain 2-D and 3-D printers and assist students with the same. The TA should handle student projects and lab assignments relating to:
1. Product Design
2. Visual Communication Design
3. UX/UI Design
4. Design with IoT, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality

Eligibility

Candidates with B.Tech or M.Tech or candidates with an ITI Diploma or candidates with a B. Des. or M. Des. Experience of conducting UG students' studio sessions is desirable.
