- Technical Associate

Role Overview:

The Technical Associate will support and manage digital platforms, student portals, and

learning applications to ensure seamless delivery of online education services. The role

involves website management, LMS/app operations, data handling, testing, and technical

support for students and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and update MADE EASY Group websites and platforms (courses, batches,

fees, content, banners, SEO/meta tags)

? Coordinate with development and product teams for platform enhancements, bug

fixes, and maintenance

? Handle data management, reporting, and mapping for online courses and student

activities

? Manage student portals and LMS operations, including:

o Creation and configuration of test series and assessments

o Mapping tests to courses, subjects, and batches

? Create and manage class-wise and subject-wise tests for live and recorded learning

apps

? Manage coupon codes, discounts, and promotional offers across courses

? Support logistics and operations through book dispatch data management and address

validation

? Provide daily technical support to students for issues such as:

o Missing lectures or study material

o Course access or enrollment issues

o Payment completed but course not reflected

o Coupon or discount errors

? Perform manual testing of websites and mobile apps (functional, UI, and content

validation)

? Ensure smooth coordination between academic, tech, support, and operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field (EdTech experience is a plus)

? Experience with EdTech platforms, LMS, CMS, or student portals

? Basic understanding of web technologies, app workflows, and databases

? Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (data handling and reporting)

? Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage daily operational tasks

? Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

? Experience in online test platforms, LMS, or mobile learning apps

? Basic SEO and content management knowledge

? Familiarity with CRM, payment gateways, and logistics workflows
