"o Responsible rDNA manufacturing and parenteral mfg activities at Dholka premises. o To do aseptic area entry exit procedure properly with proper gowning. o To check and ensure that differential pressure of the working area are within limit and record it properly. o To check and ensure that differential pressure of all Laminar Air Flow are within limit and record it properly. o To check on line in process parameters like temperature, RH, fill volume, quality of sealing and inspection activities at specific interval as mentioned in respective MMDI and SOPs and record the same in BMR o To do compounding activities and dispensing activities. o To operate the vial washing machine, vial dehydrogenation tunnel, vial filling machine, vial sealing machine and PFS filling machine. o To operate the inspection machine o To operate the autoclave cum bung processor. o To operate the packing machines. o To maintain equipment logs as per SOP o To ensure proper inter personal relationships (IPR) in the section. o To review daily production and to discuss other issues. o To ensure proper cleaning of the mfg areas. o To ensure proper status labeling as per Sop. o To ensure the all required documents to comply cGMP. o To ensure calibration certificates of all measuring instruments comply with norms. o To ensure concurrent documentation of all production processes undertaken. o To ensure plant wide cGMP compliance o Reporting to Shift In charge for routine activities & special assignment given by seniors. Submit reports on performance and progress"
