Responsible for crafting technical architecture solutions in alignment with customer requirements, solution specifications and cost constraints

What will your job look like?

• Architect and Design virtual, and client server environments for an enterprise environment.
• Handle escalations related to Microservices environments, and partner with the other infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
• Implement and maintain a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of failures.
• Maintains a broad knowledge of current and emerging state of the art Infrastructure technologies for problem resolution and project planning.
• Work with third-party vendors and consultant on developing system-specific latest technologies skills
• Evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or to solve business problems
• Manage and lead Root Cause Analysis, Lesson Learned and prevention processes to provide a high standard of deliverables that meet SLA (Service Level Adherence) and ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
• Perform Environment performance and capacity management in order to maintain the sizing requirements for customers

All you need is...

• Any of the platform certifications - RHEL, OCP, Kubernetes, Public Cloud, Devops
• Any of virtual certifications - VMWare
• B.E/ B.tech/ BCA/ MCA /B.Sc. In Computer Science / Electronics / IT
• 12+ years of domain experience
• Hands on Experience with Openshift, Kubernetes, VRA, VROPS, AWS, Azure.
• Hands on expertise in Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform.
• Experience in the use of management, reporting and automation tools
• Sound knowledge of administering LINUX. AIX / Solaris / HP-UX will be added advantage
• Hands on experience with VMware virtualization technologies working on vCenter, ESXi, VRA / VRO
• Hands on experience with hardware administration (Physical servers , Enclosures) with any of the OEM
• Deep understanding of storage, networking and hands on experience with automation technologies.
• Extensive knowledge in:

• IT systems and technologies, specialized on Cloud, virtualization, and software defined environments.
• Vast experience planning and designing datacenter solutions including the physical infrastructure.
• Advanced experience and administering Linux systems
• IT Risk / Information Security
• Information security concepts
• IT risk management principles & assessment methodologies
• IT threat & vulnerability assessment technologies
• Information security standards & frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001/27002, COBIT, NIST standards, etc.)

Interpersonal Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High technical aptitude
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English
