About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect with deep expertise in

MERN Stack

(MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), Python FastAPI, and Next.js. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

driving architectural decisions, designing scalable and secure systems, and guiding development teams in building next-generation web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement robust architecture for

complex web and cloud-based applications

.

- Lead the end-to-end design and development

of scalable solutions using MERN Stack, FastAPI, and Next.js.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to ensure technical alignment and best practices.

- Oversee multi-database integration and cloud-agnostic deployments.

- Optimise application performance, scalability, and security.

- Provide

technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews for engineering teams.

- Evaluate new technologies and propose solutions to improve system design and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in full-stack application design and development

.

- Strong expertise in

MERN Stack and Python FastAPI frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with

Next.js for SSR and dynamic front-end development.

- Solid understanding of

cloud-agnostic architecture

(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Proficiency in microservices, API design, and containerization

(Docker/Kubernetes).

- Experience in multi-database environments (SQL + NoSQL).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,700,000.00 per year
