Lead and manage design detailing, working drawings, and coordination packages for Workspace, Retail, and F&B interior projects.
Translate conceptual designs into accurate technical drawings and 3D/2D outputs that are site-executable and vendor-ready.
Collaborate with architects, structural and MEP consultants to ensure technical alignment and seamless integration across disciplines.
Conduct site visits, supervise execution quality, and resolve design/technical issues in real-time.
Utilize tools like Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and adopt AI-integrated platforms for faster iteration, parametric modeling, or drawing automation.
Evaluate design feasibility, material selection, construction methods, and value engineering opportunities.
Stay informed on emerging materials, construction technologies, and AI-enhanced design processes that improve project outcomes.
Awareness about the cost of the Finishes and Materials used in Interior environments.
Prepare and review BOQs, technical specifications, and participate in vendor and contractor coordination.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and client brand guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch/D.Arch) or Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) from a recognized institution.
5-8 years of design development and execution-level detailing experience in interior projects--specifically Workspace, Retail, or F&B formats.
Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and exposure to AI-based tools like Veras, Hypar, Arkdesign, Spacemaker, or similar.
Hands-on experience in coordinating execution drawings, vendor/shop drawings, and conducting site-level problem-solving.
Deep understanding of materials, joineries, interior services, and buildability constraints in Indian construction context.
Effective communication skills, team leadership ability, and a proactive attitude toward digital-first workflows and continuous learning.
